Telehealth Services:
Must fill out form and have Intake Assessment before being accepted into class.

Telemedicine is a new platform that will be available to rural Montanans.

Rules for Telemedicine:

Have a stable internet connection that allows for smooth audio and video communication.
Be dismissed for class for lack of connection and will not receive credit for said class.
Have the phone or computer be on a stable position to free hands for writing assignments.
Have a printer available to print out assignments and not be late on assignments.
Log into the session with 10 minutes prior to the session and know that you will be locked out after 5 minutes.
To be in a room (not a car) without pets, people, TV or other distractions
To have paper and pen ready with each class
Be in contact via email weekly.
To act and dress in professional manner
Act in confidentiality for others in the group
Not record the sessions or have anyone else in the room.
Not have credit for a class when logged out for 10 minutes or more including network/internet connection failures
To have a payment card on file and be billed per week- regardless of attendance.
$50 Telemedicine fee will apply
