Batterer's Intervention

RMI’s Offender Intervention Program works under the guidelines and standards of the Montana Board of Crime Control Offender Intervention Programs (M.C.A 44-7-210) and predicated on M.C.A 45-5-2.

 

​​​Cost: Insurance will not pay for Court Appointed assessments and programs. 

Evaluation: $300

Offender Intervention Program: $800 ($20 per week)​

 

Time Commitment

Assessment: 2 Sessions

​Group: A minimum of 40 weekly Sessions​​

 

Pre and Post Test:

Pre Test - A part of the Assessment Process

Post Test- Upon completion of the 40 week class. ​

 

Completion of Program:

• Participation in Group

• Homework complete

• Payment in full

• Possible further recommendations.
